RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at NEIGHBOR ELECTRICAL INC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. RETURNS

  • Eligibility Window: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. REFUNDS

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-7 business days).

3. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

  • Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lijitang2013@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label or replacement.

4. RESTOCKING FEE

  • We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% for items that are returned missing parts, not in original packaging, or damaged due to customer misuse.
